County Board

The Board of Commissioners meets the second Tuesday of each month in the board room on the first floor of the Courthouse. An additional meeting may be held in some months, for instance, in August when the board generally has a work session for budget planning.

For regularly scheduled meetings, an agenda is available to the public and on file in the County Clerks office. To schedule a time on the agenda, call the Hayes County Clerk’s Office 24 hours in advance of the meeting – (308)286-3413.
