Zoning Fees

In 2011, Hayes County adopted a Comprehensive Plan Update and Zoning Regulations. These regulations apply to all propert1′ located outside the Incorporated Villages of the county. The zoning regulations provide that no building or other structure shall be erected, moved added to or structurally altered without a zoning permit. Permits are available by contacting the County Clerk’s Office.

Conditional Use Permits- $500.00
Application for Variance- $500.00
